I have been a full time licensed Maine Real Estate Broker since 2001. My career in real estate began at LandVest, an affiliate of Christie's Great Estates, providing comprehensive marketing services to owners of high-quality and distinctive waterfront properties along the coast of Maine.
After 21 years in real estate, I joined the Portland, ME office of Town & Shore Real Estate as an Associate Broker/Owner.
My background in real estate marketing, combined with exceptional service, market knowledge, and proven negotiating strategies brings a competitive edge for each client and for every deal.
I am a member of the Greater Portland Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I have earned national certification as a Certified New Home Specialist™ and national certification as a Residential Construction Certified™ professional. With these certifications, I am dedicated to providing the highest level of professionalism and service to builders and new home buyers. I am also an Accredited Staging Professional.
I have earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. SRS is recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®, and is the premier credential in seller representation. SRS is a global community of REALTORS® who use their ideas and expertise to professionally and ethically represent sellers.
My business has always been client-focused. I utilize the latest technology to ensure an efficient and more responsive experience throughout the entire process. In addition to our in-house experts, I can provide access to a full team of professionals including accountants, real estate attorneys, architects and designers to assist, as necessary, at all phases of the real estate transaction and beyond.
I am a life-long Maine resident currently residing in my hometown of Cape Elizabeth. My husband and I enjoy renovating our 1950's cottage, gardening, boating, and dog walks with our Australian Shepherd, Charlie. I am a past volunteer for several fundraising events through the Cape Elizabeth Parents Association and Education Foundation, and the Portland Symphony Orchestra Designer's Showhouse committee.
