Scarborough
Scarborough is a vibrant coastal community just south of Portland, known for its beautiful beaches, expansive marshlands, and convenient access to some of Southern Maine’s most desirable amenities. With miles of sandy shoreline at places like Pine Point Beach and the natural beauty of the Scarborough Marsh - the largest salt marsh in Maine - outdoor recreation is a central part of daily life.

Residents appreciate Scarborough’s balance of scenic coastal living, strong local schools, and easy access to shopping, dining, and major commuter routes, making it a highly sought-after location in the Greater Portland area.
